A Letter of Gratitude from our Founder

A heart-felt thank you!

Dear PopSmartKids Family,

I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying the warmth and joy of summer. As I sit down to write this letter, my heart is overflowing with gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you. Recently, I had to navigate an unexpected and urgent situation that required me to travel on short notice. It was a challenging time, but the incredible support I received from our team and our wonderful customers made all the difference.

To our exceptional team at PopSmartKids Learning Academy: words cannot fully express my gratitude for your unwavering dedication and resilience. When I had to leave abruptly, you all stepped up without hesitation, ensuring that our classes continued and our students remained engaged and inspired. Your commitment to our mission, your adaptability, and your boundless enthusiasm have always been remarkable, but during this time, you truly outdid yourselves. You managed everything with such grace and competence, allowing me to focus on the emergency at hand without worrying about the academy. Your collective efforts not only sustained our operations but also reinforced the strong, supportive community we have built together. I am deeply thankful to have each of you as part of our PopSmartKids family.

To our amazing customers – the parents and students who are the heart of our academy: thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust during this period. Despite our best efforts to keep classes running as usual we had to cancel and reschedule a few. Your encouraging messages, flexibility with schedules, and unwavering support were incredibly heartening. Knowing that we had your understanding and backing provided immense comfort and reassurance. Your faith in us, especially during times of uncertainty, strengthens our resolve to keep delivering the best educational experiences for your children.

I am incredibly grateful for the sense of community that defines PopSmartKids Learning Academy. This experience has reaffirmed my belief in the power of unity and support. It has shown me, once again, that together we can overcome any challenge and emerge stronger.

As we move forward, I am excited about the many wonderful things we will accomplish together. With a renewed sense of purpose and an even deeper appreciation for our community, we will continue to inspire curiosity, cultivate creativity, and embrace the joy of learning.

I am grateful to my family and friends who showed so much grace, love, and support. Special thanks to my two children who kept everything interesting with their uninterrupted string of silly banter and pictures.
